When standing or walking your feet need to adapt to impact with the ground, adjust to the surface, and maintain balance. If your feet are flat, rigid, weak, or too slow to adapt, it can result in many problems with your feet and whole body.  

As your foundation, any imbalance in the feet will travel up the bones into the knee, hip, upper torso and spine. This can lead to awkward walking, foot pain, ankle sprains, Achilles tendon injuries, poor balance, and falls.

During this session you’ll receive 1:1 feedback about your feet, walking, and balance; explore exercises that wake up, strengthen, and improve your foot function; receive a follow-up email with exercises you can practice.

He is a Barefoot Training Specialist (EBFA Global), Certified Feldenkrais® Movement Educator (FGNA), Pilates and Personal Fitness Trainer (NASM), with an extensive background as a professional dancer.
